Chec - reteta simpla de chec delicios

Retea simpla de chec

Ingrediente:

6 oua, 300 gr zahar, 300 gr faina, 100 ml ulei, un pliculet praf de copt, 2-3 linguri cacao si dupa preferinte: nuci, stafide, rahar


Mod de preparare:

Dupa ce se bat bine albusurile se adauga treptat 6 linguri de apa rece apoi pe rand zaharul, galbenusurile, uleiul, faina si praful de copt stins. Se amesteca cu nuca taiata (sau rahatul, stafidele) si se toarna mai bine de jumate din compozitie in tava unsa si tapetata cu faina. Restul se coloreaza cu cacao si se toarna in tava peste cea alba. Se da la cuptorul incins si se coace la foc potrivit. Mod de servire Se serveste pudrat cu zahar pudra.
